About Hsin Yi Chuan

At the White Oak Martial Arts Center we teach the 10 Animal Hsin Yi Form as well as the Dragon Hsin Yi Form.  Though it is not a Hsin Yi set, we also teach the Eight Immortals Sword Form in this class.  The great thing about this particular art is that it combines the high level structure and chi development of arts like Tai Chi with a great deal of self defense application.
