Thank you everybody who was able to attend this year’s seminar with Grand Master George Xu. This time we worked on differentiating pure internal power from physical power, focusing on expanding and shrinking, spiraling, and getting your internal body bigger than the external. It was a priviledge to get to learn from the highest level martial artist I have ever seen.
